QWhat kind of chocolate do your wrappers fit over?
AOur wrappers fit over a 1.55 oz. Hershey® Chocolate Bar (regular size candy bars).
Q Is the chocolate included with the wrappers?
AYou can purchase your personalized wrapper with the candy bar wrapped around a chocolate bar or you can save money by purchasing the wrappers only and wrapping your own candy bars. The choice is yours.
Q Can I purchase the wrappers only?
AYes. All of our wrappers can be purchased as wrappers only. See our wrapper only prices.
Q What type of paper do you use?
AOur products are professionally printed on glossy commercial grade papers that could not be duplicated on personal home printers. We will be happy to add your personalized information of choice to any wrapper for no additional fee's.
Q What methods of payment do you accept?
A We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and discover through Paypal. We accept Moneyorder with mail in orders and also cash for local customers.
Q What method of shipping will be used to mail any order?
AWe normally use USPS. Priority Mail usually takes 2 -4 days to arrive at their destination. If you have a definite deadline, we encourage using an express courier. During the warmer months, we only ship chocolate orders on Monday and Tuesday's and we strongly suggest an express courier due to the fact that it is more likely for the candy bars to melt when using normal delivery.
Q Do I need a cooler?
AChocolate melts in warm weather, so we strongly recommend that you order wrappers only when temperatures reach 70 degrees or higher. If you would rather order your wrappers with chocolate candy bars during the warmer weather months, ice packs along with an insulated cooler will be used, as well as Express shipping. A fee of $10.00 will be added to your order for an insulated cooler with ice packs. Additional shipping charges of $35.00 will also apply. Each Cooler holds up to 45 assembled candy bars.
Q How do I place an order?
AYou can order easily by clicking on the link below each product.
You mail also order by phone or mail.
Q How long does it take to receive my order?
A We ask that you place your order at least 2 weeks in advance. Typically your order will be mailed out within 10 business days from the time we receive your order.
Please email us or call for any orders that need to be received much sooner. We will do every thing we can to accomadate you.
Q How do I store my order of candy bars once received?
APlease keep them in a cool dry place, do NOT put them in the refrigerator or freezer.
